Meet Our National Spokesperson, Dr. Mae Jemison

Positive role models are an important part of a child's life. One way Bayer is bringing science education to life with children is through national spokesperson, Dr. Mae Jemison. In September 1992, Mae served aboard the space shuttle Endeavour as Science Mission Specialist. Here on Earth, she is a Bayer science advocate, talking with thousands of parents, students and teachers in Bayer site communities, helping them experience science in a hands-on, minds-on way.
