Kirk M. Wilson, Senior Vice President and Head, Bayer Technology Services Americas (Engineering Services and Site Services), Bayer Business and Technology Services, has more than 30 years of experience in the nuclear, petrochemical, rubber, chemical and health care industries in Canada and the U.S. He is also Head of Security for Bayer Corporation.

He is responsible for Technology Services for the Americas region, including the U.S., Mexico and Canada, covering the areas of Process Technology, Project Management and Construction, Technology Solutions, Project Site Engineering, Facility Services, Business Management, and Administration. Mr. Wilson holds a B.S. in Chemistry and Math from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, Canada, and an M.Sc.E. in Chemical Engineering, from University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. In his role of Head of Security, Bayer Corporation, he provides management oversight for security for US and Canada.

He is a member of the Chemical Institute of Canada, the Canadian Society of Chemical Engineering, and the Professional Engineers Association of Ontario, Canada. He also is a former Director of the Canadian Society of Chemical Engineering and chaired the Science and Technology portfolio for the national organization.
