Aleta Richards is Vice President of HR//Services North America (NA), which includes HR//direct, Competence Training & Development, Portfolio & Performance Management, Process Improvement and Solutions & Applications Services for Bayer Business Services, NA. These groups provide Human Resources (HR) operational support for Bayer’s US legal entities and provides HR-Information Technology (IT) support for NA.

Aleta came to BBTS from Bayer MaterialScience LLC (BMS) in January 2010. Her most recent role in BMS was Vice President, GKA Sales and Strategic Marketing. Prior to her position in the Coatings, Adhesives and Specialties Business Unit, Aleta was Director of IBC Americas, Marketing and Sales. She started her employment with Bayer in 1990 as a Technical Marketing Representative. Aleta has a Bachelors Degree and Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
