Tracy E. Spagnol

Vice President & Treasurer
Bayer Corporation

Tracy E. Spagnol is Vice President and Treasurer for U.S. Operations. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading all Treasury, Pension Investment, Insurance and Credit & Collection activities.

Since joining Bayer in 1995, Ms. Spagnol has held positions of increasing responsibility in the Finance area including Director Treasury Services and Manager Treasury Operations. Ms. Spagnol was appointed as Head of Treasury in January 2005. Prior to joining the Bayer Group, Ms Spagnol was Assistant Treasurer -Adience Inc., Treasury Manager – H.J. Heinz World Headquarters and Senior Treasury Specialist for Allegheny International Inc.

Ms Spagnol is a Certified Treasury Professional and has served as President of the Pittsburgh Association of Financial Professionals.
