Joanne Raimondo is the Vice President of IT Business Solutions for Bayer Business and Technology Services. IT Business Solutions provides consulting, implementation and support services in the fields of supply chain management, production, sales, quality management, asset management, warehouse management, master data management and business intelligence systems. On behalf of the subgroups, IBS collaborates with FAS, P&T, and IES in operating business administration systems based on SAP, host and web technologies. Joanne also serves as Senior Relationship Manager from the BBS Leadership Team for Bayer HealthCare.

Joanne joined Bayer with the acquisition of Sterling Health in 1994 as Director, Information Systems for the merged Consumer Care business, and later began working with the initial program strategy planning team on the P3 project. Shortly after, Joanne was given responsibility for Integration and Methodology processes for the entire P3 program.

After P3, Joanne held various application development and support roles as Vice President of Information Technology, including leading the Business Applications Systems, Business Segments group, the SAP Resource and Competency Center, and then head of Information Systems for Pharma, Diagnostics, Diabetes Care and HealthCare. For several years she served as Head, Business Enabling and Consulting.
