Robert Lupp is Vice President of HR Shared Services - HR//direct, located in Pittsburgh, supporting HR-related transactions for North America. His 20 years of Bayer work experience includes positions as Director of Compensation, Benefits and HR Systems for Bayer CropScience, Head of HR Systems for Bayer Corporation and Manager of Compensation, Benefits and HR Systems for Mobay Corporation.

He has served in several leadership positions with the International Association of Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM). He previously served on the adjunct faculty at Carnegie Mellon University as an instructor in their master degree program teaching Information Systems in Human Resources. He holds an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University and SPHR certification.
