Dr. Johannes H. Eickmans

Dr. Johannes H. Eickmans is Vice President and Head, Business Consulting North America, covering the areas of strategy, organizational development, supply change management and process improvement for the Americas region, including U.S., Mexico and Canada. Dr. Eickmans closely cooperates in global projects with the BC offices in Leverkusen and Shanghai.

Since 2001, Dr. Eickmans has led different consulting teams doing global projects of the Bayer subgroups e.g. Global Excellence in Operations to increase the asset utilization and benchmarking projects, e. g. personnel efficiency.

Dr. Eickmans studied Physics at the Universities of Münster and Düsseldorf (Ph. D. Degree). Before joining Bayer, he worked as a research associate in the Physics department at Yale University. He holds many patents on catalysis, conductive polymers, thermal sublimation printers, electro-photography, optical data storage and holography.

Dr. Eickmans has 21 years of experience at Bayer AG and AGFA-Gevaert AG in Research, Product Development, Consulting and Management. He has worked in Germany, Belgium and the United States.
