Andrew (Andy) Diana is the Vice President of North America Information Technology IT Operations for the Bayer Corporate and Business Services company, responsible for the delivery of IT Products and Services for the Data Center, Communications Technology, Service Management Center and Service Delivery.

Andy has been with Bayer for 28 years and has a broad level of Information Systems experience. His previous role was Vice President of Asia Pacific IT Operations, with responsibility for establishing and implementing the organization and functions across 15 countries.

Other previous key roles include: Head of NAFTA IS Communications Technology. Head of NAFTA IS Command Center, with responsibility for leading the NAFTA Data Center Consolidation Project resulting in $76 million savings over 5 years, Head of IS Systems Services, responsible for SAP R/3 infrastructure deployments, and Head of IS South Carolina sites. He has also held various management roles leading development of Bayer business application software as well as leading outsourcing activities.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, and a Master of Business Administration.
