Jay Audino

Head, Integrated Employee Services

Jay Audino is Head, Integrated Employee Services, Bayer Business and Technology Services, with responsibility for offering integrated services along the entire HR process chain. This includes Employee Competence and HR support as well as the provision and operation of the relevant SAP HR systems.

Jay began his career at Bayer in 1996, holding positions of increasing responsibility in areas of IT applications, including Manager, HR Payroll Applications, and Manager, Sales and Distribution Applications. Recently, he co-led the Payroll/HR implementation for former Berlex employees as part of the Schering integration.

Jay holds a MBA degree from Robert Morris University and a BS degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Westminster College. He has over 25 years of experience in IT.
