Computer Science
Computer science is the study of computers, including their design and how they can be used to calculate, process data and control systems. If you were studying computer science you might learn how to create the programs that run on computers-- called the software-- or work with the technology inside a computer that runs those programs-- called the hardware. You might also study computer theory--analyzing numbers and computations, or analyzing data and algorithms.
