John Danchisko

Bayer Business and Technology Services LLC
Director, Human Resources Services and Support

Mr. Danchisko is responsible for leading Human Resources activities for clients within the Bayer Business and Technology Services organization. He is a member of the Bayer U.S. Human Resources Community Council and the Bayer Benefits Advisory Team.

Mr. Danchisko joined the Bayer group in 1989 at the Miles Inc. site in Elkhart, Indiana, where he was a Senior Trainer in the corporate Organizational Development and Training group. In 1990, he moved to the then Diagnostics Division when he assumed the role of Manager of Human Resources for a diagnostics reagent manufacturing facility in Middletown, Virginia.

Following the decision to consolidate Miles, Inc., Mobay and Agfa, Mr. Danchisko returned to Elkhart as Manager of Organizational Development and Training where he participated in several corporate organizational development activities. Following the acquisition of the North American operation of Sterling Drug he assumed the role of Manager, Human Resources and Organization Development at the Myerstown, Pennsylvania location of the Consumer Care division. During this period Mr. Danchisko led a change effort that resulted in winning Workforce Magazine's annual "Optimas" award in the Managing Change category.

In 2000, Mr. Danchisko moved to Pittsburgh as Director of Human Resources for the Industrial Chemicals Division which became Bayer Chemicals Corporation. He was highly involved with the spin-off activities for Lanxess and worked for Lanxess for a brief period before returning to Bayer in his current role.

Mr. Danchisko has a Masters in Human Resources Development from Webster University (MO) and a Bachelors of Arts in Communications/Journalism from Seton Hall University (NJ). Prior to joining the Bayer group, Mr. Danchisko worked for Schering-Plough Corporation (NJ) and Marion Laboratories in Kansas City in various Human Resources and Operations positions.
